In early 2016, it was Menno Lammers who first began to communicate about 'PropTech' in the Netherlands. Among other things, this resulted in the founding of PropTechNL. In 2020 PropTechNL joined forces with the PropTech for Good alliance and is one of the ambassadors. PropTechNL organizes activities in the Dutch language for the Dutch market (on request) from the PropTech for Good philosophy.
